Raised on a farm near Saskatoon, she brings both lived agricultural experience and more than 30 years of professional insight gained from working across Canada’s agriculture and food sectors.

An award-winning communicator and proud inductee of the Saskatchewan Agricultural Hall of Fame, Adele is recognized for her ability to bring clarity, strategy, and professionalism to every initiative she leads. Her career spans work with not-for-profit organizations, corporate clients, government agencies, and partners throughout the food value chain—including contributions to consumer-focused resources such as cookbooks developed for various commodity organizations. This broad expanse of experience provides Adele with a unique perspective on how ideas, products, and messages evolve from field to consumer.

Adele’s national network—established through decades of collaboration—is one of her defining strengths.
